What reporting channels are included?

The reporting Channels available are: web forms, live chat, mobile app (iOS and Android), internal intake form (for hotlines and in-person reports). In Q3-2020 we will release our virtual hotline as well as the e-mail and sms channels.

Can I buy additional seats?

Starting from the Business plan, you can buy additional seats to increase the number of Case Managers with access to Whispli’s Case Management solution

Where will my organization data be hosted?

You can choose any of our standard regions: USA, France, Germany or Australia. Some additional regions can be unlocked via an Enterprise+ add-on such as:
China, Russia and the UAE.

We can also satisfy any data sovereignty requirements that you may have to follow in your country.

What is an Automation?

Automations will save your Case Managers time by automating repetitive processes. For example, you can automatically assign new Reports to specific Case Managers, reply with a canned response to an individual, triage incoming reports based on their language, and thousands of other possibilities that will surely fit your needs.

What is a Workflow?

A Workflow is a series of configurable steps and questions Case Managers will complete as they progress through the review/investigation process.

Can we setup a phone hotline with Whispli?

Yes, we provide a dedicated add-on to satisfy your hotline needs. We have developed a proprietary IVR system to facilitate the collection of information from informants without the need for human interaction. This add-on is currently in closed beta.

Is Whispli GDPR compliant?

Yes, we are GDPR compliant.

Whispli is the only secure, two-way communication platform created by a whistleblower.

As such, we understand more than any other company the importance of protecting the identity of individuals.

Our founder, Sylvain Mansotte, uncovered a $20M fraud in his former company that had spanned over 12 years.That experience led to the creation of Whispli in 2015, with the vision to democratize anonymous Trusted Conversations so that individuals can speak-up to their organisation without fear or shame and be on a level playing field.

Whispli does not store any identifying information (IP, Metadata, PII) and individuals can decide at any time to disclose or not their identity on a specific conversation.

How safe Whispli is?

Whispli takes information security as well as data privacy very seriously. The company is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant.

Our certification ensures that we do things the correct way. We monitor, review, maintain, and improve our security on an on-going basis.

ISO 27001 is the de facto international standard for Information Security Management. This certification allows us to trade with companies in regulated sectors.

We also use AES 256 to encrypt every communication on our platform.

What is the price of each add-on?

Add-on pricing is dependant on usage and number of seats. Please reach out to your account manager for more information. If you aren’t a customer yet, you can contact us to get a ballpark estimate.

I need a custom feature is that possible?

Custom development is available as an Enterprise+ add-on, you can reach out directly to your account manager or contact us to explain your desired feature. We will get back to you with an estimate and a timeframe if we can incorporate it on the platform.
